An artisan’s touch. A Parisian point of view.
Bring your advanced facial skills to a boutique practice that combines thoughtful skin assessment, confident technique, and warm hospitality. This role focuses on advanced facials and hands-on facial treatments, with laser and aesthetic-device experience welcomed.
Why join Beauté Paris?
Build lasting client relationships through personalized treatments, skincare education, and thoughtful rebooking. Work alongside our concierge and provider team, with practice-specific onboarding and a compensation package that separates hourly base pay from commissions and gratuities.
Your responsibilities
• Perform personalized advanced facials, HydraFacial treatments, peels, and dermaplaning within your permitted scope, considering each client’s goals and contraindications.
• Incorporate facial sculpting, lymphatic drainage, and buccal massage when appropriately trained, authorized, and approved.
• Explain treatment plans and home care; recommend skincare through informed, considerate advice.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes, relevant photographs, recommendations, and follow-up records.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready; coordinate appointment flow with the concierge and provider team.
• Support returning client relationships through education, rebooking, and consistently attentive care.
Required qualifications
An active Texas esthetician license and recent, hands-on medical esthetician or advanced facial experience are required. Three years of directly relevant experience is preferred; candidates with fewer years may be considered based on demonstrated facial technique and client care. Established facial technique, reliable documentation, and polished client care are essential.
Buccal massage, facial lymphatic drainage, and European sculpting experience are strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with BBL, MOXI, UltraClear, HydraFacial, or Emtone is preferred. Please identify the devices and treatments you have personally performed and your relevant training. Device-based duties are matched to verified qualifications, demonstrated competency, and applicable medical protocols.
Compensation
• Hourly base: $15–$20, based on relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated technique.
• Service commission: Earn 15% of net collected treatment revenue, paid in addition to your hourly base.
• Retail commission: Paid separately on eligible retail sales under the written compensation plan.
• Client gratuities: Additional to base pay and commissions.
• Signing and six-month retention bonuses: Up to $1,000 combined.
Net collected treatment revenue means eligible service revenue actually collected, less applicable direct treatment consumables. Service and retail commissions are governed by the written compensation plan.
The combined signing/retention bonus split, eligibility, and payment terms are confirmed in the written offer.
Submit your résumé, availability, and specialty training. Selection includes a practical skills assessment, credential verification, and standard employment checks.
