Bring your hands-on massage skills to our Parisian-inspired boutique setting, where personalized bodywork and attentive hospitality help clients feel comfortable and cared for. Concierge support helps you build a returning clientele, and practice-specific onboarding is provided.
COMPENSATION
• 30% service commission on eligible collected service revenue, typically approximately $60 per completed one-hour massage service. This is a per-service estimate, not a guaranteed wage for every hour worked. No consumables deduction applies to LMT service commission.
• $12/hour for non-service working time, including required unbooked availability, room preparation and turnover, documentation, required training, and assigned work outside treatments. This hourly pay is not added to commission for the same treatment time.
• Separate retail commission and 100% of client tips are additional.
• Up to $1,000 combined signing and six-month retention bonuses. The split, eligibility, and terms will be stated in the written offer.
THE ROLE
Provide tailored therapeutic, relaxation, and recovery massage based on client goals and contraindications. Maintain appropriate draping, professional boundaries, privacy, and clear communication. Document sessions, provide aftercare guidance, recommend appropriate rebooking and retail options, and maintain rooms, linens, and sanitation. Deliver specialty lymphatic services only with appropriate training and within approved scope.
QUALIFICATIONS
An active Texas Massage Therapist license and hands-on professional massage experience are required. Three years of directly relevant experience is preferred; candidates with fewer years may be considered based on demonstrated technique and client care. Lymphatic drainage experience is preferred, not required. Deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and other specialty training are valued.
Part-time and full-time candidates are welcome. Reliable on-site attendance in Bee Cave / West Austin is required; Saturday availability is preferred. Start date and weekly schedule will be agreed with the selected candidate.
