CIDESCO Exam Form
Alumni, who have graduated within the preceding 12 months from Avenue Five Institute, seeking to sign up to take the CIDESCO exam should complete the below request form. Upon submitting, the school will review the request and respond with further instructions on next steps and what documentation you will need to provide. For questions please email [email protected]
Esthetics requirements:
- Completion of Required Hours: Students must fulfill 730 hours of training at a CIDESCO-accredited school, such as Avenue Five Institute.
- Eligibility: Graduates of Avenue Five Institute’s Esthetics program are eligible to take the CIDESCO Exam.
Nail Technology requirements:
- Completion of Required Hours: Students must fulfill 160 hours of training at a CIDESCO-accredited school, such as Avenue Five Institute.
- Eligibility: Graduates of Avenue Five Institute’s Nail technology program are eligible to take the CIDESCO Exam.
