Alite Laser is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our team in a receptionist role at our Cedar Park location.

This position is primarily front desk focused, supporting daily operations, client scheduling, and ensuring every client has a welcoming and smooth experience from the moment they arrive.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role will work at the front desk, assisting with client care, scheduling, and daily operations while gaining exposure to our treatment protocols and workflow.

The right candidate will will be interested in growing into a technician role in the future. Potential advancement opportunities may be available within 6–12 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Welcome clients and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
Schedule appointments and manage daily booking flow
Answer client phone calls and text messages
Provide information about services, pricing, and treatment options
Process payments accurately
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Support daily operations and team communication
Stay informed on internal updates, policies, and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:

Licensed Esthetician (required)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Reliable and team-oriented
Ability to commit to the required schedule listed below
Ability to commute to multiple locations for training
Note: Esthetician or laser students may be considered if they are able to fully commit to the required schedule.

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

Licensed Laser Technician
1 year waxing experience in a high-volume waxing environment
Experience with Meevo software
Spanish speaking
SCHEDULE NEEDED:

Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Note: Our Cedar Park office is open Monday–Saturday and closed on Sundays, major holidays, and select minor holidays. Business hours throughout the week may vary slightly depending on technician schedules and booked appointments.

TRAINING

Training will include approximately one month of paid training, rotating across multiple Alite Laser locations to provide a well-rounded understanding of how our offices operate.
