Method Hair is a calm, high-end salon for stylists who care deeply about their craft and take ownership of their growth.
This assistant role is a true learning position. You’ll begin at the front of the salon, learning how the business runs and how guests are cared for — just like every stylist at Method Hair has done — and grow into hands-on assisting and eventually a junior stylist role.
We believe great hair takes the time it takes.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Front desk & guest experience (booking, confirmations, checkout, hospitality)
• Salon flow, sanitation, inventory, station reset
• Shampooing, blowouts, and finishing work (as skills grow)
• Color prep, toners, glosses, root shadows (with guidance)
• Assisting with blonding and extension services
• Supporting social content (photos, short videos)
Responsibilities grow over time as your skills, confidence, and consistency grow.

Schedule
• Open Wednesday–Sunday
• Full-time (minimum 5 days/week)
• Occasional flexibility as needed
Compensation & Benefits
• $14 to 16/hour + tips
