Education Requirements

The aim here is to give the students an idea of what the profession is all about. Course Contents
Cosmetology training does not just involve using your hands to improve the appearance of clients; i.e. it is not all practical; there is quite a significant amount of theory, as well. Licensing
In order to start practicing as a beautician, you have to get a license and the only way this can be achieved is by sitting for an exam and passing it. Once you get your license, it doesn’t mean that you are set for life; you will be required to renew it every now and then. The shortest validity period for a cosmetology license is 1 year.
